Steve is an accomplished leader and experienced software executive with over 30 years of international experience spanning across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Steve was CEO of Hexagon Production Software, a multi-national leader in the Design, Manufacturing and ERP software industry. Before that, he held increasingly senior executive positions in both privately owned and PE-backed businesses.
In business, he is passionate about continual improvement in all areas, but especially commercial leadership, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Harris has overarching responsibility of the end-to-end 1WorldSync customer experience. With a product content career that began in 2001 at UCCnet, he brings over a decade of management and proven leadership to the organization.
Previously, Harris held several leadership roles within 1WorldSync that spanned customer engagement, sales management, customer support, and community retention. He has worked with some of the world’s the largest market drivers to develop and execute community engagement strategies that drove mass adoption and implementation of the 1WorldSync offering.
Harris is a current member of the GS1 Data Excellence Board and the GS1 US Retail Grocery Initiative Executive Leadership Committee (RGI ELC).
Madan brings a rich set of product and application development experiences working in the IT and services industries to deliver products and solutions. His experience spans product management, modern software development practices, database design and building enterprise-grade applications by evaluating industry trends and technologies to meet stringent business goals.
He started his career in Sydney, Australia implementing JBA System-21 ERP system at Dunlop Slazenger, followed by implementing custom applications as part of professional services with industry leaders like McDonalds working at Aspect Computing Pty Ltd before his transition into product development at LANSA. He has guided product direction, strategy and integrated modern development methodologies as Global Product Manager at LANSA over the last 20+ years, most recently positioning LANSA as a leader in the low-code application development platform space aimed at allowing customers to build enterprise-grade mission critical applications and solutions.
He has also been closely involved in leading the architecture, design and development of PIM and eCommerce solutions with experience working across multiple teams in areas of Pre-sales, Support, Training and Product Management.
With over fifteen years of background in item data and content alignment, Randy brings real world, relevant experience to solving for the digital experience. As an e-commerce toolset developer, Randy lead a solutions team in designing, building and implementing applications to enable integrated B2B2C commerce. Randy has leveraged those years of experience in leading the Solution Sales team at 1WorldSync, where their role is to collaborate with 1WorldSync Technology to architect comprehensive digital content provisioning solutions. Today Randy is responsible for all aspects of product life cycle management required to understand and meet market demands, technology trends and the competitive field to ensure world class technology and industry leading consultancy.

As VP of Human Resources and Administration, Eileen is responsible for 1WorldSync’s global human resources and administration.
Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Eileen held a variety of global human resources leadership roles in technology and financial services.
Most recently, Eileen has served as Global Chief Human Resources Officer, where she led human resources for a financial technology organization.
As VP of Sales and Marketing, TJ Waldorf is responsible for 1WorldSync’s core commercial functions, including field sales, inside sales, customer success, and marketing.
Prior to joining 1WorldSync, TJ held a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles in the Infrastructure-as-a-Service space, delivering mission critical services to enterprises of all sizes.
Most recently, TJ served as Chief Marketing Officer, where he led marketing, inside sales, and customer success functions at a leading-edge infrastructure-as-a-Service provider. Prior to that, TJ led sales and marketing for SingleHop, another Battery Ventures-backed company, providing managed private cloud and disaster recovery services to enterprises globally.
