Karin is responsible for leading the company’s global strategy and operations. She brings more than 20 years of global experience directing data-driven businesses to her role. She has spear-headed growth strategies in mergers & acquisitions, content ventures, business development, customer operations and product and technology through a variety of C-level and executive positions, most recently at Sterling Talent Solutions, preceded by Dow Jones and Factiva, and NELSON. She began her career at Dun & Bradstreet in various global content acquisition and technology roles.
Karin holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a BBA from Western Michigan University.
Stefan brings more than two decades of Information Technology systems and services experience to 1WorldSync. As Chief Information Officer, Stefan is responsible for the IT strategy and IT operations infrastructure.
Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Stefan worked at Baumarkt Praktiker Services GmbH, and was responsible for IT strategy, managing the operations of IT systems and infrastructure. Before Baumarkt Praktiker, Stefan was the Division Manager at METRO Systems GmbH, a global operating retail company, that develops solutions across the complete value chain by providing an IT infrastructure which ensures the worldwide retail processes are managed efficiently. In this role, Stefan was responsible for the definition, implementation and deployment activities of software solutions for all international sales lines and service companies of METRO.
Stefan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Information Technology.
Uli brings more than two decades of financial management experience and proven leadership to 1WorldSync. As the Chief Financial Officer, Uli leads the overall strategic and financial business planning to deliver on long-term and short-term organizational goals. Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Uli's past roles included: Head of Finance and Controlling at GS1 Germany GmbH, Head of Controlling for Deutschlandradio and Head of Finance and Controlling at Versum.de, an internet-startup.
Uli is a graduate of Business Administration Studies and holds a master's degree from the University of Marburg and Dortmund.
As Vice President of Sales, Kurt is responsible for leading the company’s sales, operations, and customer experience across the Americas. He brings more than 20 years of proven success to 1WorldSync, and has held a variety of executive leadership positions, most recently as a VP of Sales at Oracle for the past 11 years. Prior to Oracle, Kurt held sales leadership roles at Grass Roots Group, XPoint Technologies, Manpower Software, Delano Technology, DSLN, and Black Box Corporation.
Kurt holds a BSBA with a Major in Business Marketing from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
Tom is responsible for the global partner community and community engagement within the 1WorldSync team. Tom joined 1WorldSync in October of 2014. Tom’s responsibility is to recruit and sign companies that will expand both the product portfolio and the markets 1WorldSync services. His responsibilities in community engagement is to ensure that 1WorldSync’s community of retailers and distributors engage with their suppliers to gain access to the most function rich content needed.
Tom has lead both sales and technology teams over the last 30 years at Infor Global Solutions and Daly.commerce. During his tenure with Daly, Tom held several key positions in the company, including Vice President of Services, Vice President of Product Development that of General Counsel after he received his law degree in 1997, At Infor, he was responsible for more than 200 employees worldwide that developed and supported more than 10 different business software applications.
With over fifteen years of background in item data and content alignment, Randy brings real world, relevant experience to solving for the digital experience. As an e-commerce toolset developer, Randy lead a solutions team in designing, building and implementing applications to enable integrated B2B2C commerce. Randy has leveraged those years of experience in leading the Solution Sales team at 1WorldSync, where their role is to collaborate with 1WorldSync Technology to architect comprehensive digital content provisioning solutions. Today Randy is responsible for all aspects of product life cycle management required to understand and meet market demands, technology trends and the competitive field to ensure world class technology and industry leading consultancy.

Rolf is Global Vice President and responsible for New Business and for 1WorldSync’s global Channel-Sales Partner Ecosystem. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in consultancy and sales of IT-Solutions to the FMCG industry in the US, Western- and Eastern Europe as well as in Asia and Australia. His expertise spans from cloud solutions, risk & compliance management, GDSN, couponing via market research services and community management to merger & acquisition and due diligence management.
Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Rolf started his career as a consultant in the chamber of commerce and took leadership roles in GS1, GfK, SINFOS and more. He is a member of various international industry bodies and committees.
Rolf studied business administration/marketing at the University of Trier.
Scott is Vice President and General Counsel of 1WorldSync, Inc., with responsibility for contract, regulatory and other legal matters within the 1WorldSync organization. He has been with 1WorldSync in this position since May 2013. Scott has over 20 years of experience leading legal teams and working with company managers to capitalize on technical innovations and business opportunities in a global environment.
Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Scott was a Partner at Meagher Emanuel Laks Goldberg & Bovino, LLP, an intellectual property law firm located in Princeton, New Jersey. Before that, he spent nine years as Vice President and General Counsel of Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED). Scott clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for the Honorable Samuel A. Alito, Jr. during the 1993-1994 term. He earned a J.D. with Honors from The University of Chicago Law School, a M.S. in Chemistry from Stanford University, and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College. Scott is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Thomas brings more than 13 years of professional experience, including 10 years of management experience in Human Resources.
In his function as Director of Global Human Resources, Thomas is responsible for our global HR strategy, as well as the entire operative and administrative HR scope.
In addition to leading the Global Human Resources department, he manages the changing requirements for talents and skills. Thomas is in charge of defining a future-oriented HR strategy, promoting innovation in the entire organization, as well as increasing the quality of leadership and management belong to his key tasks.
Before joining 1WorldSync, Thomas worked as an HR Business Partner for ETEX Group, which is one of the leading companies in the engineering material industry. Prior to his time at ETEX Holding, he worked as Senior HR Business Partner at Swatch Group, the world's biggest watch manufacturer.
Thomas spent the longest stage of his career as the head of Global HR at Hedrich Vacuum Systems, the market leader for mechanical engineering in vacuum and process engineering. In his latest function at Hedrich Vacuum Systems.
Thomas possesses a B.A. in Human Resources Management, a B.B.A. in Management and Micro Economics and an MBA in International HR.
As Global Marketing Director, Arne is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all global marketing activities. He brings more than 10 years of experience from various Marketing disciplines to 1WorldSync. Previously he has held a variety of marketing leadership functions, most recently at Danaher Group where he established marketing as a strategic growth-engine globally.
Arne holds an MBA from Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management Düsseldorf, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Beuth Hochschule der Medien Berlin.
