Ms. Borchert is responsible for leading the company’s global strategy and operations. She brings more than 20 years of global experience directing data-driven businesses to her role. She has spear-headed growth strategies in mergers & acquisitions, content acquisition, business development, customer operations, product and technology in a variety of C-level and executive positions, most recently at Sterling Talent Solutions, preceded by Dow Jones and Factiva, and NELSON. She began her career at Dun & Bradstreet in various global content acquisition and technology roles.

Ms. Borchert holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a BBA from Western Michigan University.

Uli brings more than two decades of financial management experience and proven leadership to 1WorldSync. As the Chief Financial Officer, Uli leads the overall strategic and financial business planning to deliver on long-term and short-term organizational goals. Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Uli's past roles included: Head of Finance and Controlling at GS1 Germany GmbH, Head of Controlling for Deutschlandradio and Head of Finance and Controlling at Versum.de, an internet-startup.

Uli is a graduate of Business Administration Studies and holds a master's degree from the University of Marburg and Dortmund.

Stefan brings more than two decades of Information Technology systems and services experience to 1WorldSync. As Chief Information Officer, Stefan is responsible for the IT strategy and IT operations infrastructure.

Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Stefan worked at Baumarkt Praktiker Services GmbH, and was responsible for IT strategy, managing the operations of IT systems and infrastructure. Before Baumarkt Praktiker, Stefan was the Division Manager at METRO Systems GmbH, a global operating retail company, that develops solutions across the complete value chain by providing an IT infrastructure which ensures the worldwide retail processes are managed efficiently. In this role, Stefan was responsible for the definition, implementation and deployment activities of software solutions for all international sales lines and service companies of METRO.

Stefan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Information Technology.

Dan is responsible for ensuring that 1WorldSync's clients derive maximum value from its services and solutions. Dan works with the world's leading brands to identify their pain points and successfully manage their product information, driving efficiency and revenue growth. No matter their company size or industry, Dan works to truly understand 1WorldSync's clients and their needs, aligning its solutions to meet their specific goals.

Dan brings over 20 years of strategic business development and general management experience to 1WorldSync. Dan was previously held positions as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Commercial Operations at 1SYNC and Vice President of GS1 US Foodservice before moving over to 1WorldSync. With deep knowledge of product information management and supply chain processes, Dan plays a key part in developing 1WorldSync's strategic direction. Dan began his career at General Dynamics in 1986, and honed strategic sales and management talents with senior positions at companies such as Nortel Networks and Juniper Networks.

Dan holds a BS in Marketing from Villanova University and has been recognized several times for his outstanding sales and service performance.

Brian brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience to 1WorldSync. As the Global Vice President of Human Resources, Brian is responsible for the Human Resources strategy and global people operations.

Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Brian led the Human Resources organization at Canon within a subsidiary located in the Americas region. Before Canon, Brian held various Global Human Resources leadership roles within the Technology and Information Services industry. Brian's expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Culture and Global Human Resources strategy help define organizational opportunities that influence industry growth and deliver positive business results at 1WorldSync.

Brian holds a Ph.D. with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, Brian holds a B.S (Psychology), M.S. (Psychology) and M.B.A. (Human Resources).

Scott Bovino is Vice President and General Counsel of 1WorldSync, Inc., with responsibility for contract, regulatory and other legal matters within the 1WorldSync organization. He has been with 1WorldSync in this position since May 2013. Scott has over 20 years of experience leading legal teams and working with company managers to capitalize on technical innovations and business opportunities in a global environment.

Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Scott was a Partner at Meagher Emanuel Laks Goldberg & Bovino, LLP, an intellectual property law firm located in Princeton, New Jersey. Before that, he spent nine years as Vice President and General Counsel of Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED). Scott clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for the Honorable Samuel A. Alito, Jr. during the 1993-1994 term. He earned a J.D. with Honors from The University of Chicago Law School, a M.S. in Chemistry from Stanford University, and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College. Scott is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Brianna has over a decade of experience delivering global solutions that best enable business efficiencies across retail, e-commerce, medical and financial industries.

Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Brianna held various leadership positions with a focus on global product management and marketing, honing her expertise in on providing strategic direction to deliver on global Omni-Channel Solutions that support 1WorldSync's mission. Throughout the years, she has received awards and certifications for woman in leadership, industry expertise and product management best practices.

Tammy O’Donnell is the Vice President of Global Professional Services and is globally responsible for deploying and delivering education, implementation and advisory services. Professional Services integrates 1WorldSync solutions and services to help customers with business processes, technology efficiencies and product data management which ultimately drive growth and create value. Tammy has over a decade of experience streamlining business processes with an extensive understanding and knowledge of the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN), product information management, and data governance. Tammy’s industry expertise includes: Retail, CPG, Hardlines, Healthcare and Foodservice.

Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Tammy held various leadership positions with a focus on customer implementation and training; honing her expertise in providing guidance on business process design and governance. Throughout the years, Tammy has received numerous organization awards and accolades for her dedication and outstanding contribution.

As Vice President of Global Technology, Nasir Qadeer is responsible for the design, development and product management of our global Omni-channel solutions. With over 20 years of experience in building enterprise-grade commercial software, his core competency lies in building B2B and B2C SaaS based solutions that are best-in-class and market leading. He has an extensive background in product and project management with expert knowledge of PMI and Agile/Scrum principals. These methodologies are key instruments contributing to the success of technology delivery at 1WorldSync. During his tenure, Nasir has been instrumental in the development of many strategic initiatives and technology innovation that has positively influenced business development and product advancement.

Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Nasir held leadership and senior consulting positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Sterling Commerce with a focus on e-commerce and large-scale SAP implementations. Over the course of his career Nasir has directly influenced the e-commerce strategy at many of the world’s largest CPG and healthcare companies.

Klaus brings more than 20 years of experience in retail, global trade and supply chain management to 1WorldSync, where he is responsible for furthering the development of the European market. Klaus works closely with multi-national brands and partner organizations, developing and implementing business strategies and processes to advance their global business. Before joining 1WorldSync, Klaus held various management positions at Checkpoint Systems and Gunnebo GmbH leading the development and implementation of new solutions and services as well as sales, operations and marketing activities.

Klaus holds an MBA from University (VWA) in Mannheim, Germany, and served in the German Air Force. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, tennis and running, often with his Labradoodle. He lives in Heidelberg, Germany, with his wife and four children.

Joe Slone is the Vice President of Global Architecture and Security and is globally responsible for running the security program and guiding the companies architecture, with over 16 years of experience in building and running security programs from startups to mature global companies. Joe implemented an ISO 27001 certified security program that enables the company to use Security as a Quality process and allows 1WorldSync to be the only product content network provider and GDSN Data Pool to achieve ISO Certification 27001.

Prior to joining 1WorldSync, Joe held scientific research positions at Los Alamos National Laboratory and Bell Labs, and technical leadership positions at several technology companies early in the .com era, with a focus on eCommerce, architecture and security.

Soo Suk is the Executive Manager of 1WorldSync Japan LLC and manages all customer accounts and new business development. Prior to joining 1WorldSync in 2013, Soo Suk was a Solution Consultant for the WorldWide Retail Exchange specializing in delivering supply chain solutions. For more than 10 years, Soo Suk was the key figure in the GDSN® (Global Data Synchronization Network™) and master data management project leader in several countries including: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Taiwan. Additionally, Soo Suk supported major brands, local GS1 Member Organizations and Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Soo Suk's experience in supply chain efficiency includes multiple areas of sourcing, negotiation, collaborative planning and product life-cycle management.,

Soo Suk started his career at Sanjo City Office, Niigata Prefecture, Japan where he worked at the Mayor’s Office responsible for the city’s international relations. Before coming to Japan in 1998, Soo Suk lived in South Korea for fifteen years in Canada for eight years.

Soo Suk holds a BA in East Asian Studies from the University of Toronto.
